Lindi Frost

CEC

“As a Human Resources/Labour Relations expert with more than 25 years’ experience, I have dedicated my work to helping organizations and people resolve difficult relationship challenges within the context of their work. My intention and influences are focused on building respectful work environments. The approach I prefer is one of collaboration, forming long term employee relations strategies, on-going multiparty relationship building and development of respectful people strategies.

As a coach, I seek opportunities in every area of my organizational and volunteer life to help others define their success goals, explore options to attain those goals and keep them focused in moving toward their desired future or the intention of what is important to them. For those clients who are ready, I work with them to identify their purpose and then bring life to that intention.

As a musician I am sensitive to the ‘artist within’ and use that intuition when consulting or coaching clients to tap into their own innovative approaches.”
